The local government will install a total of 16 new drinking fountains in Szeged in the coming period – local government representative Rózsa Szécsényi informed the press at the Tanító tér playground in Tápe. The first well will be located here.
The reason for the development is that the demand for drinking fountains has arisen more and more from the population and in more and more parts of the city.
As Rózsa Szécsényi said, there are currently 98 drinking fountains across the city on around 127 playgrounds. The employees of Szegedi Vízmű Zrt. will start the work, which will last until the end of April, in the next few days, radio88.hu wrote.
